I know it's possible to walk slow by holding 'Alt' when moving. But is there a way to drive slowly besides tapping the accelerate key(W for me)?

If so, How would I go about configuring the controls to be like the Xbox version of GTA SA?

dunno ps3 works even (using something called ds3 tool) think it has to be wired (via a usb connection is recommended)
