I have installed car mods with SAMI and Img editor, they dont show me any error but still the mods arent appearing in game, and BTW my game version is 1.0.

My advice: Learn how to do it manually. This way you can be sure that the mod is actually installed, and you're not limited to things like "this mod replaces Inferno", if you learn it, you can install vehicles in whatever "identity" you want.

By exchanging only the files using a IMG editor you'll only change what the cars look like. Imagine putting a nice Lamborghini in the, let's say, Stallion. It looks like a Lamborghini, but goes as fast as a Stallion, it will have the caracteristics of the Stallion instead of the Lamborghini. You need the change the other lines
IN:

-> Carmods.DAT
-> Carcols.DAT
-> Handling.CFG
-> Vehicles.IDE

By replacing the codelines given by the author and replaced the files in gta3.IMG, you've installed it "manually".

Edit: Mods seem to work in SA-MP but not in singleplayer

try run SAMI and San Andreas as administrator.

Ive tried SAMI but i havent tried running SA as administrator i will try that.

EDIT: Iam so happy right now, my mods are finally working. For some reason i didnt run Img editor as administrator. Thanks everyone, this thread can now be closed.
