Map Editor Gives Me The Black Screen

My real name is Michael. #FACT. Group: Members Joined: Nov 25, 2011	I installed the map editor which is publicly advertised as working with GTA3, Vice City, and San Andreas and it gives me the "black screen", failing to display map files. I searched the Forums countless times with a number of keywords and came up with nothing relevant. I tried Google, but the only solutions I found there were for Multi Theft Auto: San Andreas (a multiplayer client for San Andreas). I also tried running as an Administrator, no luck.

My real name is Michael. #FACT. Group: Members Joined: Nov 25, 2011	This has to be the least active forum on this website. It's not like this is one of those little known problems with no known cures.
