Don't just post a video, put text in explaining what your problem is.

Did you mod the game in any manner (including cracks)?
Are you playing with the DVD in the Drive?
Which Version did you buy?
What is your Video Card?
How much dedicated memory does it have?
Or is the Video Memory Shared?

We can't help if you are using a Cracked game, there are too many problems and no fixes.
Remove the Crack.
Play the game with your DVD in the Drive.
If necessary reinstall the game.
If you still have the problem when using the DVD let us know.
