In terms man power it wont affect GTA V at all. I doubt it will factor into any release strategy either.

He probably means info and the release-date.. A new GTA won't be good for the Max Payne DLC.

I think everything about "effecting GTA" is big bullsh*t. GTA V will be released when it's done. If they cancel the release for a while they don't make any profit during that period. At least 99% of the time.

EDIT: After further thought, GTA's release could be right after the final Max Payne DLC comes out.

Sad they're going call of duty way, I don't think It's worth paying for a couple new maps. Anyways this won't effect GTA V.
P.S. They better not dare to make any DLC's for GTA V, I want a complete game! An expansion maybe wouldn't hurt though.

I hope they don't pull any of this for GTA.

The DLC for IV was great. I want something like that again for V. I would love if they kinda changed it a bit though. Instead of setting it in just LS with different characters I want them to keep the main character and have them travel to Las Venturas/San Fierro. That way we get the whole of San Andreas. I can dream, right?

Rockstar is not EA, Rockstar releases like one game per year, obviously they are going to milk everything from each game.

Also EA is a publisher, not a developer, very few developers sell multiple games at the same time.

If it does effect GTA it will be negatively. I imagine this is the path R* are going to choose in the future, stripping features and/or maps from the standard game only to sell them back to you through rip off DLC's. Things are looking bleak. I expected better from R*.

As far as I can see they only lock when threads that stray far from the original topic/spammers or it serves no useful purpose. Theres no bias with most Mods at alls

Co-Op Pack doesn't sound like a map pack.. (I'm told MP3 has no Co-Op modes as of now.)
neither does Deathmatch Made In Heaven Mode Pack

I've heard many people complain about the lack of maps on MP3. Judging by their comments there is a small amount. It's obvious 7 map packs even before the end of the year is a piss take.
