Well I know how to
change gang (I changed
my gang to Los Varrios
Aztecas) and how to
change gang cars but I
know that I can change city names but i don't
know how anyone can
help? And if any one
knows how to change
terroteries color (from
green to cyan) or specified car color to
cyan well please help
too!

For weapon open weapon.dat by notepad or use GTA Sanandres ultimate editor

cars can be changed in cargrp, well check my mod it will teach you how to create an unused gang just see what i wrote in bikers.cs by opening it with sanny builder and also open peds.ide and pedgrp to see what i changed. U know what just install my mod you will like it so udont need to do all of that and if u want to add anything to the mod just suggest it to me oh btw u can lock the post there are no ways to change the territories color to a custom colour.

you can change the territory color by using a mod but idk what mod is it
