I performed a search, maybe the word choice is bad because I couldn't find anything, but how would I go about doing it? (Someone told me you can't take III skins to VC, they needed to be converted first, I apologize if this is not the case.)

remove dummy in gta3 model, attach all bodyparts to 1, change vc bone position and then rig it.
