Has this happened to anyone else ? My xbox scratched my saints row 2 disc and now it's basically unplayable. The 360 seems to be working fine. So I have no idea wtf happened ????????

I was really into the game aswell. I was in the zone and now I can't play it so I'm stuck playing saints row the third instead don't get me wrong it's a great game but I was loving S.R 2.

Has this ever happened to you ? Really getting into a game only to have it scratched or something. Man it pisses me off makes me furious

I don't think this is the right place, but normally this happens when a console is moved while a game is in it. Also slight vibrations have been known to do it aswell, There's a sticker over every disk drive from new that says about not moving the console while disk is spinning!

nope. i dont purchase physical copies of games unless its a collectors edition/ limited edition

I was just thinking about this before you posted. My dad kicked my recharge cord which was in my control and hooked up to my console. He didn't mean to kick it. He tripped over it.

I forgot all about that because the game was playing fine pretty much for another hour or so. However now I think about it. It was making weird buzzing sounds

That for posting. I can now blame it on my dad LOL that's probably what happened lol

I had an old white Xbox that scratched a ring around FIFA 07 and Top Spin 2 which then made the unreadable/unplayable. My Xbox sits on a TV stand and never gets moved so i have no idea how these rings happen unless i had a slightly loose disc drive or something.

Not had any problems since then but i have replaced that Xbox.

I have saints row 2. Bought it from amazon for a few bucks. I don't like the game. You can have it for free. This is no joke.
