just ordered a new laptop and was wondering what games it would play

can i play GTA IV? which settings?
can i play ARMA II? Which settings?

You should be able to play IV at medium-ish settings at atleast 30 frames per second, probably higher.
As for ARMA II, I can't tell.

GTA IV medium maybe some high, at maybe 20-25fps high and 30-35 medium . maybe more cuz 720p .
