As DLC, TBOGT and TLAD add their radio programming to the radio programming in GTA IV, so you hear both the original and DLC radio when you play the original game or the DLC. It's all mixed together. What you don't get are three stations that are exclusive to EFLC, but EFLC had none of the radio content from original GTA IV so it's a trade-off.
