GTA IV HUD Mod doesn't work?

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Aug 15, 2012	I just downloaded a mod that changes almost everything HUD-related into GTA IV style HUD. But for some reason, it doesn't seem to work. It said to extract everything to the GTA SA Root directory, so I did. But when I go in-game, my HUD is still the same. Please, help, I really want to use this mod. Yes, I have CLEO, if that helps.

Which GTA IV HUD is it? If it's Alexander's it should work.
