I think you're talking about GTA IV? In that case, this belongs in the Troubleshooting forum.
To upload a picture, go to imgur and browse your picture. Upload it and copy paste the give link URL between the IMG tags like this:

Make sure to copy paste the link from the Direct Link field from imgur, NOT the one from Link (email & IM).

I'm no PS3 expert, but that looks like a toasted console unit.
Make sure to check the cable connections.

I think you'll want to get back unit to the store, if you still have a guarantee.
Otherwise, check the vent apertures, maybe the unit is just overheating and needs some cleaning.

i think overheating is not the problem. because the unit was out over last night( more then 6 hours).

Like u see on the pics, first they start normally and then i get this graphic problem. its a fat lady, the one with 60GB and can play PS1 and 2 games.

sry for my bad english!

I don't know what you mean by "out last night", but if the vent opening is clogged with some nice dust buildup the unit will overheat.

okay sry, i try again:

last night the ps3 was still out. yesterday evening it was on to i start fifa street, then the graphic problem starts. but it was not overheating, i know my ps3, this ps3-cooling system make heavy noise when ps is starting heating. and that wasnt yesterday. but when i start today (after cooling down) the same problem. it starts normally and after a few seconds the white streaks come on screen. then u can do nothing with the system. it breaks down completely. only the screen, but no chance to change in the menu.

edit: it could be a problem with the grapic unit or somethin what has to do with it. (that tells me i friend)

what do u think? could it be reperably or not?

edit: some wrong words

I really don't know if repairing consoles is cost effective.

people are saying its an overheating issue, Best suggestion is to ring Sony and hopefully they will guide you through some steps to try and fix it!

If that's fixable over the phone, people at sony must be miracle workers.

if anyone interestin in that: it seems to be a kind of YLOD. without Yellow light but the GPU or something is defective. now the PS3 is on the way to a repair-shop. they make a reballing of the GPU. hope they are succesful.

if anyone has the same problem: do a reflow of the GPU by yourself or search for a good shop who made this for you. or better reballing. dont do it self with youtube tutorials! they are all big b*llsh*t. after this they die faster then u can believe. the only one what is helping is the hint with the hairdryer. try it to secure your savegames to a USB-stick. This works for some minutes to houres. at my console 2 hours 15 minutes. its enough to secure data/backup. but then make off and bring it to a shop. good shops (f.e. in germany) give a guarantee for repairing if the PS3 is presealed. but without seal they dont give guarantee for repairing.
