What do you think ? Personally i'm looking forward to it but don't know what one to play. What do you think i should play vice city or vice city stories. I've finished them both like a boss many times but feel like playing them again just because i can and i want to


Someone to say one so i can play it allready i want gta forums to choose for me ya dig

Allright that settles it ! I'm going to play Vice city. Tommy is everything a badass should be and more. I'm really going to enjoy playing this game again and can't wait to buy me some property.

Rampages,Epic Missions, Badass Protag, Relaxed 80's setting it's perfect.

My goal was to finish every gta 100% before V came out. Well the one's on ps2 and x box 360.

I started with tbogt finished that 100% started playing TLAD did everything but collecting the seagulls so i was like screw it....... I've done all the important stuff.

Played a few different games...... Then played san andreas finished everything apart from the collecting and here i am.

I know it doesn't count as 100% because i'm not doing the collecting but honestly that sh*ts just a waste of time and that means something coming from someone like me . My goal now is to complete everything else. I don't care about collecting because i did that during my tbogt playthrow and once is enough IMO

I only play the story. I don't see the point in reading some guide which has locations of these "collectables" just to collect them for game stats... It's just a waste of time. If I want to complete all of the games again, I just play the story and then move on to the next game in the series because the story is all that matters if you want to catch up or something.

Anyway, Vice City is the best GTA. Vice City Stories doesn't live up to the epicness of Vice City.

Yeah i agree man. The good thing about trying to complete the game 100% is that you uncover alot rather than if you just stick to the story. Sure their not huge things but i do come across little challenges i never knew about in my other 100 playthrows

I do agree the collectables are a waste of time and they should cut the number in half or something. However because i was trying to complete san andreas 100% i find the mount chilliad challenge. I did all the stadium challenges, Small things like that but it was so awesome to discover them after all these years.

I KNOW i'm a fool for not knowing they where their in the first place but reading the 100% guide really motivated me to try new things stadium challenges are a perfect example of that i never bothered with them before but after i tryed it they wheren't so bad.... kinda fun tbo

lol yeah... challenges i'd do, but things like hidden packages and "tags" are pointless.

If you want to know alot of the plot lines origin, play VCS first. But in my opinion, VC is much better. the GTA 3,VC and SA trilogy were awesome. LCS and VCS felt dumbed down, but i did like LCS, and VCS was ok.

Vice City is a legend and an icon when it comes to video games.
My favorite Grand Theft Auto game forever and ever.
Right now I'm playing VC all over again.
I never finished the game 100%, but I've taken that on my "list" of things to do before I die.
My original copy of VC from 2003 has pretty bad scratches on the disc unfortunately, but my friend bought me a new copy last April on my birthday.

It's not really necessary. VCS does give an insight into how the Vance organization started, but other than that VCS isn't really required to understand VC's plot origins.

I've been dying to start a new play through of Vice City. Last time I did so was July '09 so it's definitely time. Only problem is I keep stopping myself from starting a new game because I want to play it on Ps3 as a ps2 classics download! I figure it will hopefuly be ready by October because I'm itching to play it.

Vice City Stories is a decent game for what it's worth. Most people hate it. I however can't enough Vice City so I love it, even though I acknowledge the original Vice City is the better game. The graphics are a bit rougher, but I kimd of enjoy the weird, dreamy look VCS has. It reminds me of about ten years ago when I used to have dreams about Vice City before it was released. Great series of games they are.

Seeing as how this past April I dusted off my PS2, placed this game in the machine, turned it on, and spent nearly a month getting 100% in this game, yes, it is definitely worth replaying.

Don't use cheats, though. Cheats "ruin" the game, and there's no feeling of accomplishment.
