how to change color of mod in gta 4?

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jun 7, 2011	hi to all I want to change color of mod police2 in carcols.dat in gta 4. I have done following change in corcols.dat police2, 69,69,35, when i run game it does not run Can any one solve my problem? thanks
