So I'm trying to modify Niko's skin in GTA IV, but I keep having this problem:

This is what the contents of the folder look like:



And according to the readme, I'm suppose to replace all of those files with the respective ones in playerped file.

Has anyone had similar problems when modding Niko's skin? Any advice?

Tried again more recently by replacing each of the main body part textures, but now I'm just invisible..

look i have a similar problem but its even worse than yours i tried installing sean paul skin and niko became an ogly monster that looks like my nigbhoor but with pants on any ways the only way to install skins is not by changing ur whole niko model you its gta iv not sa you cant replace the whole model you can only replace your clothe at clothing stores like t-shirts and shirt and gloves bla bla bla bla bla bla

Try changing clothes in game until the model shows up. If you have the wrong clothes, the model will be invisible.

Change clothes because that mod replaces clothes. Your Niko is wearing different clothes than the ones modded.
