Do you have any mods installed? Where have you got the game from? Are you playing with the DVD in your drive? Have you tried removing the gta_sa.set file located in the San Andreas User Files folder?

I do have mods installed but thats not the thing causing problems, and i say this because i know, I played the game before with this mods, and when i did a fresh install yesterday firstly wasn't playable, like 0.5FPS then i restarted a couple of times because i had a fresh copy of Windows 7, I had to install drivers, then i felt like trying it again, it worked 100% 60FPS no problem, then i installed mods, game continues to work just fine, now just out of nowhere, it has 0.5FPS and sometimes doesn't load, doesn't output sound.

Mods are known to be messing up the game, so it's we don't trust here this "mods didn't do anything wrong" since you may never know. I suggest you remove all mods, do a fresh install, and try to run the game without mods.

Just to be sure:
You are playing the game with the DVD you used to install it?
You are playing with Administrative Privileges?
Have you tried the Win 98 Mode?

The San Andreas Forum is for UN-modded games.
What we recommend is to get rid of all Mods.
Play the game with a CLEAN install from your DVD.
And, play with the DVD in the Drive.
If you don't have a problem with game play you don't have a problem.
You may then install your mods ONE at a time playing the game to be sure it still works.
Then, you may install the next mod. Repeat.
When you get to the mod that screws the game don't use it OR go to the Modding Forums for help.

Don't double Post, use the EDIT button to change/add/delete information.

Now, Why aren't you answering the questions about the Game?
By your avoidence of mention of the Game itself I presume you have a pirated game.
We can't help to fix a warez/torrent game because it isn't the real game and there is no telling what the thief did to it before you got it.

I am not playing the game from a DVD because, I did already buy the game for PS2 two times and PC one time but i lost the DVD, and i tried finding it on my local games store, they said there were sold out and they said that they doubt that they will get more copies of the game. confused.gif
So i downloaded the game, i think its not that bad because i already bought the game 3 times...
I am sorry rockstar games... confused.gif

Buy the game at Amazon.com (10$US).
A new Disc may solve your problem, We (this Forum) cannot help you until you do.
