First of all, you must convert animations to .ifp and not to .dff and there are thousands of tutorials in the web. Don't be an lazy ass, just use Google.

According to your Lang,

after making aim for Object,
just select the object & press Replace in KAMs Animation I/O
note that Anims works with Char (Bones) only

i already have make too many anims mod for gta vc but i want to learn from 3ds to .ifp not from gta sa ped.ifp dude
