It's been years since I last used the zombie, but I think all you do is press L1 when altering your outfit.

I searched for that answer few times but didnt find it clear, some people says its different on each console, you have to get Lets Sleeping Rockstars Lie achievement to unlock it I think

Well i dont think that is the case

I got that trophy at level 1 on my new NTFD account and didnt get zombie until level 4...
You need to reach atleast rank 4

1st, Go to Deathmatch.
Second, Kill any Player.
Third, you should get the Achievement/Trophy: Let Sleeping Rockstars Lie.
Lastly, Go to the Player Profile, Press L1 for the Zombie outfit.

I heard being level 2 and having killed another player who has the achievement already gets you the zombie suit. And as mentioned it shows up in the player model section at the bottom saying to press L1 to equip it.
I got my zombie on my 1st day on MP and equipped him straight away. spread the disease

I use the Naked Human Model instead xD
You gotta be Rank 10 to have it.

For those that don't know, your player model isn't actually naked.
But the options are listed on-screen as such. Press L1 for zombie & triangle for naked.
