What the title and the description said. Master Save File For GTA III PAL/Euro. For the PS2 by the way. I went to gamefaqs but the only save I found was for the NTSC/US version. If anybody has it for the PAL version, please give me, I've been trying to make my own but that hidden package in the Stuanton/Shoreside bridge killed it. I don't know any way to reach to it. I've even watched a useful video about it but it crashes my game so I really have no choice but to ask for one. Soon replies please, thank you.

The package on the lift bridge is easy, just climb on the middle thing and wait for it to go up.

No, in the beggining of the game, it doesn't go up. That's why it's called "Master Save File".

It isn't that hard to get that package provided you can fly the Dodo and at least crash on the suspended part of the bridge. Landing without flipping the plane is not necessary. You can climb the Dodo to get to the higher section of the suspended part of the bridge once you've landed there. Push or park the Dodo (push it if you've flipped it and it exploded) next to the package and use the tail part (jump on it) to get on top of the plane and then jump on the higher section that the package floats on.

I can't land there, my flying skills at GTA III are horrendus and yes it is hard. If I try to push it a little more up to make it land there it goes herp derp and falls on the sea.

You can't force the Dodo to go up, it will go at that altitude after a while on its own. To fly it you need to take off by holding the down button (I don't know what else to call it) and accelerate until you see sparks from the collision of the plane's body with the ground. At that time you release the down button and the plane will take off. Once it does you must periodically press the same (down) button to maintain your altitude. When you press it the plane will go down and then go up again. Don't let it go all the way up because you will lose control. Instead tap the down button repeatedly to keep it at the same altitude.

After a while you should be at the same level with the suspended bridge. Also, don't take big turns with it, just gently tap left or right because if you press either direction for too long it will spin you out of control.

If you learn how to take off and maintain altitude it is really a piece of cake to fly it. You could learn it in half an hour, it's just a little difficult to show people how to do it or to describe it.
