Thats why I said cut Vehicles.They probably were going to have snow but took it out of them game thats why Snow Plow and Skimobile were on the list. It doesn't snow in Southern California

Look at the trailer, they won´t fit at all in the area shown in the trailer.
R* is hiding something (in the north).
Furthermore, cable cars are pointing towards San Fierro.
