Hey guys does anyone watch or play darts here. I play and watch, I think Its really fun to play IMO.

Anyway who do you think will win the Premier League darts. I think it is obvious, Phil Taylor to win.

I have no idea about any of the Pro's or tourneys, But it is fun to play. Even though I am horrible.

I like to play darts, I'm a decently accurate thrower, well, I always beat my friends at the pub...

Pretty rare to see darts programming in Canada, but I watch it whenever I can.

I grew up watching darts,football and boxing. They were my favourite sports so I have watched darts for quite some time.

Almost 40 days between posts, I wouldn't worry about it.

Anyway, I have an electronic dart board in my basement. Less dangerous for the wall when I miss. I'm okay at it, not extremely accurate. I'll get a couple, maybe 3 bullseyes a game. I know there is a certain strategy you want to go with when playing but I just aim for the bullseye the entire game until there's a specific score I have to aim for towards the end of the game.

Well yea, I routinely attempt to try to hopefully, from an optimist's perspective, if I happen to be lucky aim for trips 20. However, I can say I'm pretty damn good at focusing on a specific target towards the end of a game. Say I need 9, I'll hit trips 3 like nobody's business.

You should see my dad play. He used to play all the time in the fire service and he is f*cking quality. Hit a 170 finish once, I was on a double 8, I almost cried.

I try to play with my dad, but we always disagree with the "last play". I think that the last throw needs to be a double scorer and that the score must be zero, but he says that you only need to reach zero, even though you get into the negatives.

Who's right, or are we both wrong?

Got to the point where i was getting 180's every day in practice.

But, believe it or not, I contracted Dartitis.
Which is an actual thing. (Google it)
None of my mates believed me, it lasted a few years and I gave up playing because of it.

I haven't played for ages now.
I used to like watching it too, but I just cannot stand that fat f*ck Phil Taylor.
The cocky twat who the commentators drool over, he winds other players up and is a bad sportsman for someone who dominates the game.

When he retires I might start watching it again.

But I can't stand him, the commentators that love him or the bandwagon glory supporting f*cking fans that cheer him on.

Wow dartitis. That is a horrible thing man. Anyway about Taylor, I know what you mean about him being a cocky twat and sh*t but he is the greatest player ever. I know what you mean about the commentators going on and on about him (especially Sid) It Is f*cking annoying.
