I agree,you should at least tell us what this mod does and in which GTA version

1. Post info about the mod including install instructions, which GTA is for, what is in the mod (which sounds like LC but it could be III's LC or it could be IV's LC but there could be other things, like cars, player model, texture changes, timecycle, ect).
2. Post screenshots.
3. Post credit to anyone elses work involved.

Because I know alot about GTA (Renderware and Rage) I can tell what is in there by looking at the files, but there are people who won't.
