Hello again!

I used Alci's SAAT tool to mod my game sounds. I did what it said in all tutorials/guides i watched/read but even if i do exactly as told, my sounds won't get replaced by the old ones.

-I don't know the reason.

-Btw, if this might have anyrthing to do with it, i can only install mods if i DRAG THE FILE I WANT MODDED TO MY DESKTOP.

Example if i want gta3.img to be modded, you need to drag it to the desktop and then open it with imgeditor or else it won't work. (Same with hud.txd)

The reason is that you've installed the game in Program Files and UAC is preventing modding tools from making any changes in your game. To solve this, you need to either move your SA out from Program Files dir, or launch all modding tools with Admin Privileges.
