I don't know any advanced hook error codes so it would be nice if someone who does could tell me what this means.
I do have a few mods installed, maybe one of them is causing the issue. I will test my mods one by one to find the cause, but until then, any help is much appreciated.

C0000005 is the general memory access error, something is probably leaking over memory ranges and causing the error. Definitively restore all original files and try again.
