lagging after short gameplay

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Aug 8, 2012	Hi, i was wondering if someone can seriously help me out here... so i have GTA IV with 1.0.7 patch. Now i am not to fond of the GTA IV graphics, so i wanted to MOD it with using either Icenhancer or ENB Vulgadrop 2.1c. I tried both the MODS, and they run like water. But after let say a good 15mins of gameplay.. it all of sudden starts stuttering and lags like crazy... sometimes it just lags a bit.. but still unplayable... i have probably installed and Uninstalled GTA IV about 50 times! In order to get one of these mods working These are the things i have done so far... installed it in program files instead of my game folder (i thought it would help) I think it kinda did, since the lag doesn't hit my game for a bit longer period of time. I uninstalled my MSI afterburner (cause some ppl said that having that one can affect the game). I closed RIVA tuner after i turn up my fan speed to 100% in order to play GTA IV properly... i did fresh install of GTA IV plenty of times, but each time i do it and try different graphic mods.. i still either get some sort of texture issue, or lag, or sometime the games graphics r soo messed up its just unplayable. This only happens when i play for about 10mins to 15mins then the lag hits... i am not sure what i am doing wrong here.. cause the first 10mins of the game it runs flawless.. i would really like to get these mods working..cause it makes the game look REALLY GOOD... Here are my specs: INTEL 6850 QUAD CORE 6GIGS OF RAM 280 GTX ALL OVERCLOCKED... all my other games run fine.. with no issue.. crysis warhead runs flawless for me...
