hey guys,there is something weird happend with my TBoGT recently,when I replay a Tony's Mission(I Luv LC,chinesse takeout...),he(Tony) doesn't say anything just:
"I know this face Lou,I'l shut up."
"Can we just listen to this"
"Alright,I'l shut up"
"Can we just listen to the radio"
....
Is any1 else facing this problem,or know how to fix it??

When characters say things like that it simply means that they have ran out of dialogue to use. There is no way to fix it as it is meant to happen.

When I started playing TBoGT,Luis and Tony talk with each other at the begin of every mission,but now he doesn't say anything just "I'l shut up...",any other ideas

what are your specs? windows 7 system? i have seen stuff like when driving around with the protagonist, the character will say weird things. but it is only with windows 7/8 systems

I'have Windows 7 Premium Edition 32bits,and my pc is powerful enough to run IV/EFLC,in the begining everything is going well but after few days this bug happend,is win 7 related to this problem?

Alex is correct - Tony has ran out of new dialogue. It's completely normal and has nothing to do with your OS.

But he didn't say anything
EX:in ladies half price,when they get in the car they talk"WassupT?" "We're taking gracie back she's comming home" "you mean taking her back or this gonna..."
*but now tony doesn't say anything just"can we listen to this"...
He do this in the very begin of any mission

That is because the first bit of dialogue (the very important bits) are scripted to occur no matter how many times you do a mission. The dialogue that comes after that (the light chit-chat) can only go on for so long until it is not used again.

For example I can play "Frosting On The Cake" only twice with two different sets of dialogue occurring, then after that all of the chit chat ends except for the important stuff. Same goes with "...Blog This" (the first part).

Even on IV and TLAD when you keep replaying a mission due to failing.

It's not a glitch though. You said you're playing the first mission in 'Replay' mode right?
It's far more likely that it just disables the chit-chat so you don't have to listen to it over and over when trying for 100%
I'll check my Xbox360 version and see if the same thing happens.

But this happend only with Tony's missions

That is because there is very limited dialogue for Tony's missions.
