Okay so I click on 'gta_sa.exe' to start the game (On win 7) and my PC automatically turns aero off and doesn't load the game, So i end the process and my PC turns aero back on, How come my game wont load?

I know for a fact my PC can run GTA: San andreas because I've had it installed before, I only just formatted my PC

Although I do have one Mod installed, The Bio Hazard mod.

Which version did you buy?
Did the Game play before you modded it?
How did you install the Game?

I didn't do anything apart from try my vanilla SA, I ran it and adjusted my settings to how i prefer them then I tried the modded version and it worked
