I have HP Envy 6 1002TX ultrabook with the following specs:-

windows 7 Home Basic x64
Intel Hd 4000 Graphics with Radeon HD 7670M 2GB dedicated, switchable
Third Gen Core i5 @ 1.70GHZ (upto 2.6GHZ)
4GB DDR3 RAM

I have retail version of GTA IV,
the game runs very slow and is very laggy the main problem is the game isn't using radeon graphics even on High Performance in the catalyst control center and on AC power and i ran Benchmark Test too here it is:-

The benchmark tool is not to be trusted.

You can use the norestrict commandline switch to be able to set grapchics options that would match your discrete GPU. More info here http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=458859
