AMD Phenom X4 955 BE 3.20 --> change with i5 2500 (wont overclock), but that 3450 looks good, someone told me that i should buy a 3570k and wont worry about upgrade soon, but in my country there is a 30 bucks difference

Phenom is still a decent CPU, I'd recommend waiting until next gen CPUs are out.
