Description

TMW Inferno Tournament begins! It's March 2013, The Petrovic Family brought in 16 new recruits to Liberty City, to meet with the capo. Kenny Petrovic is your boss, and you are working for him to expand and maintain his business all around Liberty City. He promised to award the crew who earns him most money over spring, a high position in his mafia organization, and lots of wealth! Kenny split 16 people into 4 crews of 4, The North Crew, The West Crew, The East Crew and The South Crew. The crews will fight each other over spring on 3 islands in LC and preset fixtures, trying to gain more money. Kenny will then roundup all the money crews gained in a meeting in Broker, and will decide the winner. Winner will be crowned and awarded inside the Dukes Arena in Dukes afterwards. Only one crew can earn the position of his right hand in the future, as all the rest will forever stay bottom of the ladder. As a bonus, Kenny allows each crew to bring up to 4 more goons from the family to assist the young gangsters in making money. The crews are now preparing...jobs are being split, assignments created, draw plan is made, and money making can begin! Which crew can squeeze most out of Liberty City, and earn Kenny's infinite respect? Find out this spring in Kenny Petrovic's TMW Inferno Tournament. Can you survive...hell?

Rules

TMW Inferno Tournament is a PS3 event in Team Mafiya Work on IV:MP. There are 4 teams total, with each team having 3 people minimum so the games can be played. Each of the 4 crews(North, West, East and South) can have a maximum of 8 people. Draw was made after 4 people came to each crew, and any additional entries will be added to the teams to balance them into 5v5 or more. Each crew will play each other through 3 fixtures, in Bohan first, then Alderney and finally Algonquin. Whoever earns most cash wins the event! Broker/Dukes map setting will not be used, as the winner is crowned there. Usage of Helicopters and Boats is allowed, unless it's for glitching objectives or cheating. Each game is played until one crew reached 10,000$ earned! After 3 fixtures, whichever crew collected most cash total throughout 3 matches wins the event. You are allowed to play 4v3 and 5v4 and so if the opposition has a person less, however 3v2 or less isn't allowed, nor 6v4, 5v3, and such. If at the end of the event crews somehow end up on a same amount of cash, additional tiebreaker until 15000$ will decide the winner.

May I suggest team blips and either no peds or low peds it cuts down the lag bro which will happen if its 4 teams of four. I would recommend standard weapons but if you want to play dirty then that fine with me. If choppers are used then we will need somthing to bring down these winged spawn of Satan anyway

Still need more, at least 16 for the 4x4 minimum so i can draw it out, any more then that would be great, but we'll see. 16 first, then the rest. I'd like to make this as big as possible for some fun and intense games, like DTW Cup, CnC were and like Keys will be.

Now the settings discussion, yes - i'd like to hear more from pro players obviously:

It's not gonna be 4x4 in 1 lobby, it will be 2 teams against each other over 3 fixtures, it will work like cnc cup II with every team playing against each other, 4v4 minimum, and 8v8 maximum for a match per night. And if the games are just 4v4 there won't be much lag at all imo. If we get 32 players signed up(somehow, though i doubt) then a low would probably be the best, right?

Yes, i'd put standard too, but since helis are to be allowed, i think powerful would make it evener.

For blips, i'm either for blips team or none, but i'd like to hear some more suggestions once we finalize the sign up which one would be more preferred of the two, i'm fine with both.

Peds off. They serve no purpose other than contribute to lag. Try it for yourself if we have 8 players close in a battle for a package there will be lag. Im good with high traffic though..Make you have to concentrate more.Missions can be won and lost due to traffic.

Alright, people were ok with high traffic and peds off, how about both on medium, or traffic high and peds low?
Also, still unsure about blips..team or none. None would make it like in DTW Cup, but since some teams may not use mics, it could be a bit confusive, so maybe better to make it team?
Sugggestions please ^

Also, added the peeps who signed up so far. We have 13 now, and 16 is the minimum, but i'll keep it open for a bit more even when i get 16, as i know there is more then 16 interested in Team mafiya work mode. (or at least i hope so )
