Hi everyone.

I want to translate GTA1 into Turkish via changing .FXT file (by FXTpad). It is easy to do that but i have got a problem. Our alphabet has different letters from English alphabet. When i type these letters they are not seen correctly in the game. They are shown as "?". Can i provide them to be seen correctly in the game or do i have to type similar letters instead of them?

If you can help me it will really make me happy

P.S: On Mozilla Firefox our letters can be seen correctly via Windows-1254 or ISO-8859-9 character encoding.

I think the easiest way is to convert graphics of not-used\rarely-used symbols into your language symbols.

And also if i put "ö" for ";" must i type ; instead of "ö" ?

You have same problem like me me want to translate vc into Serbian but we have letters like-čćžšđ and dont want to get those letter for that replace for example. .:
