I am on Snail Trail mission and living in San Fierro. But still my map is not showing Gang Territories. Why so..? As because of it, even if I any number of rival gang members, it's not triggering gang wars.

Help is much appreciated. Thanks.

The gang wars won't open up again until you return back to Los Santos, which is much later in the game (towards the end).

If you want to check out a cool glitch you follow the train and soon another train (flat bed) will come from the other direction, in the tunnel. Follow the flat bed back to SF train station and wait near the right side on a small grassy hill. The train will bend right and go thru the glass wall and if you want ride onto the back of the flat bed and the train will fly thru the air. You can even change camera angles for more laughs and fun. The train will fly straight over the water to the other side where you hop off and if you find the train again you can get back on it when its low to the ground! Enjoy!
