Oh, that cleared a lot, though definition for it should be better.
EDIT: If I use low value, like 5.0 with sniper, it's hard to use it as mouse-movement isn't as accurate and seems to skip but it's more notable as weapon is highly zoomed in. I also noticed that without pressing zoom in/out, it's even more of a problem. Some way to make the mouse-movement smooth at high zoom?
And, in weapon.dat, there's a value for this:
|# Z: int breakoutTime|
