Definitely Luis. I just don't like him at all for all the reasons stated above.
I liked Claude because he was just a hired gun and truly an emotionless killer who would follow any orders no matter what. He didn't have much personality but he certainly got the job done.
I liked Tommy because he was a straight up psycho. He had the balls to piss the Forelli's in the mouth, but he wasn't a snake either towards those who were loyal to him. The only thing that makes me dislike Tommy is the fact that he pretty much dumped Rosenberg by 1992 and broke all contact with him, when Rosenberg has done so much for him.
I liked CJ because he had much more personality then any other protagonist. For the first time we had a guy who was actually afraid for his life, like a normal person. Eventually he got the job done, even the most insane tasks for Toreno, but not without some complaint, which is good in my opinion. He breaks his back for his brother, even though his brother constantly calls him a perpetrator and criticizes him. Hell he travelled throughout whole San Andreas just to get his bro out of prison. He's done a lot for his gang and he knows how to make connections.
I liked Niko because he was reluctant. He didn't want to stray off the path again, he didn't want to kill anymore. But when his cousin was in danger and things were closing down on them, he has shown to be a straight up ice cold killer. If you're sitting in a basement, kidnapped by a high-ranking russian mob boss and about to get tortured, and you still have the steel in your balls to insult the one torturing you, then you're quite a badass in my book.
Johnny was cool, he wanted the best for his gang but was constantly sabotaged by Billy. Unfortunately he ends up losing the most.
