I’m sure when you first start GTA IV it tells you somewhere that once you have completed the whole story, you can go back and individually redo specific missions? I can only seem to restart the whole thing and do it in order again? I want to redo the bank robbery mission.

No, but you can save BEFORE you do the mission, and replay it like that (there's a save on GameFAQs).

GTA IV doesn't allow you to replay missions after completion of the story, but TBOGT does.

You can acces all missions from phone in TBoGT, for IV&TLaD you can only do it with trainer on PC version
