If you go to "network support" you'll find a thread dedicated exactly to this type of thing. Basically there's a panel that reviews the performances of mods and admins, and it's their job to make sure they carry out their duties fairly and justly. If you feel you've been harshly or unfairly treated, you should report it there. Hope this helps.
