1.The duble posts of that guy are updates,it's allowed to do here. For 2 and 3 i don't see the reason why it should be locked. Here you can read the rules.

Seriously, you need to calm down. If you reported it already, there's no need to create this topic about it. Staff have lives, so depending on when you reported it, it may not have gotten dealt with yet. Or perhaps it was dealt with it was determined no action needed to be taken. Regardless of which it is, there's no need to sit here keep whining about them.
well...i've reported those topic long time ago, not just 1 or 2 days...and i also have report more topic about conversion before that....and mostly ignored..
