I just came to this mission and I used cheats to get infinitive lung capiticity but that didnt work, how do I get to be able to do the mission without being in water and if I used the wrong cheat, what is the right cheat to xbox 360 do be able to do that mission?

Part of the rules in Mission Help is that we don't cheat or use Trainers.
Earn your lungs by simply swimming and diving underwater. Make it worth the while by diving for the Oysters.
