GTA IV 1.0.7.0 crashes when using realizm mod 6.2

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Aug 10, 2010	well the title says it all... i installed everything then added the realizm mod never had any mods before that and it gives me an error and simply crashes? does the realizm mod 6.2 even work with 1.0.7.0?
