Cant seem to extract the files without YAIE crashing.

I open the IMG file, it tells me it needs to create a DIR file, I let it create it and it wont close the "Creating .DIR File" window, when I export the files it either crashes or gives me an error.

EDIT:

Ive extracted GTA3PS2.IMG into the Desktop but I wanna know if you guys needed to do it too.

My God... this is what i've been looking for AGES!!!! Some conversions from VCS to SA
Despite of the low quality of some models, i still think they are "good enough" for me, because my pc isn't very good... and HD models causes lag to my game

Anyway... i'm waiting for more stuff, dude!!!!

Sorry for bump but I wanted to know how to smooth VCS Models correctly... I apply msh smooth, turbo smooth but it just create useless polys and the model isn't smooth at all

EDIT: I lerarned, I just need to weld the vertices and the char looks like in-game VCS
