That won't happen this time, as according to Steam's news stream, Rockstar Games is focusing on smaller DLC's in the future and here's proof..

Here's the complete article from the Steam screenshot above.. So, there is very little to no chance of getting DLC's like IV's....
However, IF you are a gamer, you WILL go back to previous GTA's-like how people still play III, VC, and SA and LCS and VCS even though IV is out...If you don't, then chances are you are not a true gamer, in my opinion, as (also in my opinion), a True gamer DOES NOT just play the latest games-they play old and new games as well..
