The Eddy and the Special Agents Car are indeed the same model. However, the Eddy is never black (unless you spray it) and the Special Agents Car carries two nasty cops who try to kill you. I don't see how this is confusing since both facts are rather hard to miss.

Lol, hoe can this be confusing? You'll only see the FBI Eddys when the police is after you (so the siren will be on) and the normal Eddy's never black;)

The Special Agent Car never carried more than 2 agents for me (fortunately).
Crazy guys in that FBI car. Just trying to kill you, whatever it takes. I always try to burn them with flamethrower. But if they are far and do not see me, i just drop few Molotovs to their direction. It's enough.
FUNNY THING: Torch one of the SWAT team members. Not the driver, some else. He is stupid, he is burning and shooting at you and lives longer that way somehow.
MUCH easier than getting a swat van....(because the eddies bother to spawn more often) i dunno why the swat vans hardly ever spawn...i just got the police after me and managed to nab one before i took the mission. then waited near a spray garage for an fbi car to come along. saw one, sprayed and took it....im suprised at how you can steal a police vehicle, of any rank (or even at all) with ease if you spray your normal car so they stop chasing and you go get one thats just laying there....even with cops standing next to it

I find that hilarious and SWAT shooting at you while burning... he's a madman!! Maybe that a glitch with SWAT team member lives when burning?
