Zeroing In

to make this mission really simple, after the cutscene, just turn around and drive through the construction site in Doherty...if you can do that without being obstructed, you'll emerge into the street just as the target car is passing by...also, though the game tells you to use the P.I.T. Maneuvre trick learnt in Driving School, ramming the car works just as well...

Wrong Side of the tracks

First off, get an AK-47, or M4.
When the mission starts. Let Smoke get on the bike.Get ahead of the train so that you have enough time to get off the bike.Get off the bike and use your assault rifle to kill the vagos one by one, or try to kill as many as you can each time around (you may have to get off your bike multiple times), this should make the mission easier because Smoke sucks at shooting a gun.

Toreno's Last Flight

Go to Easter Bay Airport and get the heat seeking rocket launcher. Use that instead of the RPG that spawns on the helipad during the mission. After Toreno's chopper takes off, head to the freeway on the FCR-900 and get ahead of the helicopter. Get off the motorcycle, aim and fire. Mission accomplished. You may be able to hit the helicopter without leaving the helipad, but I have not done it that way.

Interdiction

Before starting the mission, get yourself a heat seeking rocket launcher and use that instead of the RPG that Toreno provides. That will make it much easier to shoot down the enemy choppers. Also, to finish the mission, you have to drive the package back to El Castillo del Diablo. When you get there, get out of your vehicle and walk into the red marker. If you drive in, you lose your vehicle, and it's a long lonely walk to the nearest highway.

To avoid the chase at the end of the mission, kill the two Ballas in the room and continue up the stairs. Do not enter the room! Approach the door opening from the left. You will see your Russian target through the opening of the door. After obtaining a good shot; shoot him. (He needs to be shot about eight (8) times!)

Air Raid

for this mission, it is best to concentrate on a single transmitter than trying to defend all four at the same time...this way, you can keep your focus, and target only those planes which are after the one you've selected to guard...the best transmitter for this purpose is the one on the roof behind both Zero and CJ...

also, the planes carry a single bomb, and once a bomb's dropped, the planes become meaningless to bring down...so try to take out the bombs instead if the planes get too close to the transmitter...

to add to JAJ's post, instead of trying to shoot at the Russian, throwing a couple of Molotovs works just as well...also, if you've got the Infinite Sprint from doing the Burglary side-mission, you can chase after him and finish him with three strikes of the Knife...

Are You Going to San Fierro?

to add to quartet1977's post, the easiest method of burning all that weed is to stock up on Satchel Charges...i had about 60, and i spread them all around and detonated the charges to quickly complete the first part of the mission...

that left me with more than 3:00 on the clock before the cops arrived, and i took that time to take down the police helicopter with an M4...

It may be difficult but it has to be done .So you start with the plane and fly until it stands up(the plane) then you can pass from the right of the restricted area to get away from rockets and then you must fly as low as you can but not too low because you will crush and die neither too high because you will fail for sure then you have to go between some trees where there's a building there with a buldozzer and a carrier type car.You have to go cross this trees .When you reach the target fly near the sea where you have to fly low and fly beetween LS AND SF (between the sea i mean) when you will eventually reach Lv by not crashing on any tree and then the landing should start 100 meteres before

Cop Wheels

During this mission, two of the cops will get on their bikes and ride off if you get too close, forcing you to chase them. Unless you use a sniper rifle and kill them from a distance. One of these cops is in the hospital parking lot; the other is at the VROCK hotel. Here's a video I made a while back showing this (as well as the rest of the mission).

When the race starts, accelerate full speed and pull gently to the right. Have the opponent to your right pull fully onto the pavement before you reach the first crossing and he will smack right into that huge colt at the entrance to Ammu-Nation. Not much, but one opponent less to beat...

a good tip to follow at the start of the chase is to get off the bike right away and wait for two of the bikers to come pass by in a pair...use the auto-aim to make sure they're taken out, thus leaving only two more to chase down...

After the cut-scene run to the right side & through the grave yard, stop when you're about even or ahead of your target Kane, open fire on him. Kane will try to get to the car to get away but you've positioned CJ between him & the car. It should be easier to take him out from this position.

San Fierro Fastlane

When the race starts you will be under a overpass and there will be cars coming right at you. Hold back a few minutes but not too far, just enough to let the other racers get into thier positions. When you go around the corner go to the right on the sidewalk and pass a few of them. The cut accros the road and go over the little grassey patch and then go strait and open up the throtle going down the hill and by then you should be in 1st place.

Smoke is crap with a capital C when it comes to shooting. When the train enters the long tunnel leaving LS, speed ahead. The Bridge carrying the dirt track across the railway, jump off the bike positioning yourself to jump onto the train as it goes underneath. Use an AK or M4 to headshoot the Vagos but you are faced with a run to pick up Smoke.

When it comes to Ryder, use the sniper rifle, place the red dot on his head and shoot away to avoid the boat chase.

Misappropriation

I Have to add to that: If you just let the Heli-chase happen, follow him, (but avoid the military Base), and once he has landed on helipad in LV, DO NOT kill the target, but follow him through town, he will lead you to an undergroung garage where you will find a minigun. You can put a marker on your map, then take the minigun (or whatever) and WASTE the bitch.
