Hey guys. I am going to buy a new PC (after my First terminal Examination which will end at September). So I was thinking of buying a decent Desktop which can play all these modern games on the Lowest Settings (Not at all interested in High-End PC). So, I just took advice from PrometheusX Gaming PC topic. I chose this one:
-Outdated and it was increasing the bandwidth as well-
Don't think that I am a cheap f*ck by taking the cheapest one. In India, our economy isn't that rich as other countries so the price may vary.
My Budget is 300$ If anyone has any more better parts for me, then feel free to suggest (300$ or below). Also, how much will it cost me if I order these parts from USA to India? Because, If any of these parts aren't in the stocks, I can order them online.
Thanks everyone.

That's kind of outdated in terms of prices, also superbiiz is now available for Canada/US only. Anyways there's an indian e-retailer website, Theitdepot, with fairly reasonable prices. Their shipping seems to be cheap as well.
Now I know it's over-budget, but a $300 build would be significantly worse, not to mention that HDDs are quite expensive. If you aren't willing to pay $350, I could lower it to $310 though.

I am hoping there are stocks available. Actually, this laptop itself is 30,000 INR If possible, I can request my dad to increase the budget. Also, is ATI Graphic card is more better than nVidia's? If not, can you find a nVidia which is equivalent or lower rate than this one? Also, what all features will this PC serve? Like OCing, BIOS, etc.

What laptop are you talking about again? Rs. 30000 could get you a very good High-end build.
Also the ATI GPU isn't necessarily "better than nVidia", besides best price/performance ratio. Also it's a integrated GPU. I could add a dedicated one, but that would cost at least an extra Rs. 8000 I think.
As for OCing, yeah, Llano APUs OC pretty well, that particular CPU can easily be overclocked from 2.6GHz to 3.6GHz, same thing for the GPU.

Why don't you just get a console? You'll probably get better graphics and performance.

You know that PC has many more features than Consoles.
@Prometheus: Oh, it's my laptop which I am using now. Runs at i3 processor. I know it but my dad doesn't have much knowledge about PCs. This is built-in and I am sick of this. If nVidia will cost more then I don't need it. I am fine with ATI.
@XePoZuRe v16: It's very costly, man. I will go for a simple Radeon GFX.
Also, can anyone find a Video of GTA IV in which the Player is playing with similar (close) PC Specs of this? Thanks.

If I were you I'd save a bit more money and get a worthwhile PC that will satisfy you for longer. Either that or just get a console.
Ultimately a $300 computer is only going to make you want a proper mid-high end gaming PC more when you discover you can't run next year's games even on lowest, or play some graphic mod smoothly. GTA4 is 4 years old and by the looks of that video it can barely handle low-medium settings at 20-ish fps.
Don't rely on the video, just expect something around this. It's not the exact same, but close enough.
It's somewhat playable at Medium settings, but if you get a dedicated GPU, you can possibly run it at High settings normally.
If I tweak the game a little with my performance tweak, I am sure to get more FPS.
@OTB: I don't think I can get my budget increased now. My birthday is coming soon and I hope my dad pays more for a dedicated GPU. If they do, then I want to know which GPU I can buy with this amount - Around 100$ [only the GPU] ~ Rs. 10,000). Also, I am not much addicted to Joysticks. They have complicated settings and it's hard to adapt them. I am a PC Gamer and I am proud of it.

Are you sure? Rs. 19,000 is almost $350.
Also I agree with saving more money to get a decent build, $500 is quite enough.

The economy is very poor in India. India has these parts more costly than USA so I am comparing 100$ to Rs. 10,000. I know it's approx. value is Rs. 5,500 (If we convert it). Also, if you and OTB are saying me to save money for a 500$ ~ Rs. 30,000 PC; I can't get it now. Maybe when I pass 10 Grade. But to fulfill my enjoyment now, I will go for this decent and Low-end PC/

Then why not wait till you pass 10th grade? because you can get a much better build if you're willing to pay $500.

It makes absolutely no sense to get a PC Dr John, a console would be cheaper and provide much better performance for the price you are asking.
You are wasting your money to get a PC like that for gaming.
He might be just interested in playing games on PC casually. I suspect he needs the PC for other, more important things too, not solely for gaming.
He has already got a functioning PC though.
There are two problems with consoles:
There is no space in my room to keep PS3/XBOX 360.
I am not addicted to Console Gaming as they have very complicated settings and very few features.
I may use Console for playing games which don't require much of PC like Max Payne 3, COD 4, etc., but not games like GTA V which will be more great if I play them with mods.

@Prometheus: Looks like that's the only choice.
This is the dumbest thing I've read in a while. How do you not have room for a console but have room for a sh*tty $300 PC? Consoles use wireless controllers, they don't have to be right next to the TV.
Secondly, complicated settings? You literally put a game disc into it and play. You've got it backwards, you would have to change every single settings on every single PC game because your PC would barely be able to handle it. And what console game has fewer features than a PC game these days?
I play games on both, I don't really favor one over the other, but your arguments of "there's no room!" and "settings are hard!" are the dumbest arguments you could've made.
