How to merge 2 textures perfectly into 1?

Crazy Freak Group: Members Joined: Oct 17, 2010	Hey Guys. I've searched everywhere for tutorial but I couldn't find any. So can anyone explain me how to merge 2 textures perfectly into 1 like in the pic above? (I can merge textures but they don't look as good as this one )
