Can't start GTA4

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jul 22, 2012	Hello, when i start the game, i am getting error: The instruction at "0x005a9346" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written". Click on OK to terminate the program Click on CANCEL to debug the program Clicking OK or CANCEL gave nothing... "Googled" alot on this problem, but nothing.... Please help me!!! Cant find the solution... OS: Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP3 (i used to play gta4 on win7, but I had about 20fps max...)
