So I was wondering if there was a way to un-tint windows of modded cars. I currently have a few car mods that I really like, but the windows are all tinted and I want to un-tint them.

Tried what you said, but I think I did the colors wrong. I figured inverting the colors would fix it, but I got a white tint instead.... Any help?

Just use another texture instead of editing a texture if its not the standard vehshare or a combined texture. Take any convert with nice windows, extract the texture, rename it, import the texture to your car.
Sometimes it would be needed to be mapped new, you can't do anything then.

Paint was the first thing I tried. lol

Yeah... It didn't work.

I tried using Photoshop from my friend's computer. Magically, it worked. Now I just gotta find the right opacity for the windows. It seems that if it is too low, I lose massive amounts of reflection, and vice versa. 28 opacity seems to do the job though, but still I'm experimenting for the best reflection/first person view.

Now to borrow my friend's laptop somehow...
