gtaiv mods help

hey guys i was just wandering if anyone knows whats the BEST bodygaurd mod out there? is the trainer i mentioned below the best one out there?

but was having trouble with the fact that bodygaurds are always equiped with a mp5, what if i just bloody want them to have a pistol or a bat?

not only that but i wanted to have those MASSIVE gang wars that ive seen on youtube, where theres like 50 people on your side and 50 on the oppossing side, its just hard to do that with the trainer any body know how?

also i wanted to know how to install mods like the prison mod and other stuff like the armoured car hijack
