Is it possible to add bloom to an object through modelling or textures?
Something like these letters on the wall:

It's possible to create objekts with light dummies using Dexx's maxscript
for example to make neon tubes
it allows to set the size of light kernel, corona and color
also other things 3dmax funktions depending to the modellers skill will have different results
i would,'t call it bloom because it's called light effect but i think it's that what you mean
