How do i get rid of san andreas then get it back with NO mods on it, Every time i reinstall it always keeps the same mods?

What kind of mods have you installed ??
Anyways just go to control panel & uninstall Sanandreas then delete the USER Files in the My documents then again install Sanandreas.

One of my favourite mods but it is a total conversion so it will be better if you install GTA Sanandreas to another directory than previous one & also follow the steps which I told you before.

Best uninstalling method: Uninstall your game from Control Panel and manually delete all files and folders in your game directory if there's any.
